This role requires a strong analytical mindset, familiarity with email platforms, and the ability to escalate risks clearly. Flexible schedule with remote and office options is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye for data, copy, and configuration discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Review outbound campaigns before deployment: content, subject lines, personalization, and dynamic elements.
• Verify audience targeting, segmentation, and suppression lists against specs.
• Confirm data integrity: merge tags, personalization fields, and offer content render correctly for audiences.
• Check all links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling, from name/address against specs.
• Assess campaigns against brand, legal, and messaging strategy.
• Log and track defects in QA systems; communicate findings to Development.
• Own QA sign-off gates in deployment workflow; campaigns do not deploy without QA clearance.
• Review post-launch issues and update QA frameworks and checklists.
• Maintain and improve QA documentation, checklists, and testing standards.
