You will verify audience targeting, data integrity, and campaign configurations, while ensuring alignment with brand standards and compliance. The position offers flexible remote and in-office options and growing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye for data, copy, and configuration discrepancies.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process-oriented with checklists and standards.
• Clear communicator able to describe defects precisely.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate outbound campaigns before deployment, including content and personalization.
• Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists.
• Confirm data integrity and correct rendering of merge tags and offers.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirect destinations for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling, and from details.
• Assess campaigns against brand, legal, and messaging standards.
• Log defects and communicate findings to Development for resolution.
• Own QA sign-off gates in the deployment workflow.
