Gallagher is seeking a Marketing Automation Traffic Manager to keep work moving across Gallagher’s in-house Marketing Studio. You’ll help ensure requests are clear, resourced, tracked, and delivered on time, connecting account teams, project teams, and divisional partners to sustain a steady flow of marketing automation programs.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, including marketing projects, a Bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience with Workfront and Salesforce

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years supporting marketing projects, marketing operations, or traffic coordination.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with intake, routing, resourcing, and delivery prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Adobe Workfront or a similar work management platform.
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on identifying and implementing process efficiencies.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming requests and ensure the right details are in place before work starts.
• Route work to the right people based on priority, capacity, and service level targets.
• Keep projects moving in the right order and flag timing risks early.
• Support accurate records, clear updates, and smooth handoffs from start to finish.
• Look for ways to improve traffic flow, resourcing, and delivery across the team.
