Marketing Manager (Demand Generation) — Latinogy
Remote
- Latin America or US
- Full-time
- Reports to the founders
About Latinogy
Latinogy is the shared-services company of a growing group of startups in Latin America and the United States. Latinogy hires the people who support all of them.
The group includes companies in IT systems integration and consulting, AI software for IT service management, and healthcare services in the US. Together they have about 35 people in several countries.
We are building the group's core functions now. There is no marketing team yet. Each company works with agencies and freelancers. You will build the function from the ground up, set the strategy, do hands‑on work, and grow the team when results justify it.
This is a role for an entrepreneur. You report directly to the founders.
How we work
- Fully remote. Mexico City or Bogotá preferred. We accept candidates anywhere in Latin America or the US.
- Full-time, long-term role.
- Fluent English and Spanish required (C1 or higher). The hiring process runs in English.
- Occasional travel when needed.
The role
Your goal is to turn our marketing from informational into a machine that generates MQLs and qualified sales pipeline for the group's companies. You will also build strong brands and a strong digital presence across Latin America.
What you will do
- Build the marketing function for the group: strategy, plan, budget and targets for each company.
- Lead digital marketing: website, SEO, paid media, social media, email and marketing automation.
- Develop each company's brand: positioning, messaging and visual identity. Keep each brand distinct and consistent across channels.
- Build and manage our presence across Latin America: social channels, content, events and partners in each market.
- Design and run demand generation campaigns that produce MQLs and pipeline. Most of our buyers are IT leaders and enterprise companies in Latin America.
- Use AI across marketing: content, personalization, lead scoring and campaign analysis, so a small team delivers like a large one.
- Own the paid media budget across companies and move money to what works.
- Lead agencies, freelancers and, later, your own team: briefs, targets, reviews, and replacements when needed.
- Agree with each sales team on MQL and SQL criteria and on the lead handoff.
- Run marketing operations in HubSpot: lead scoring, lifecycle stages, attribution and dashboards.
- Report results every month: MQLs, pipeline created, cost per MQL and return on spend, by company.
Your first 90 days
- Audit marketing in each company: channels, spend, agencies, data quality.
- Set MQL and pipeline targets with the founders and the sales leaders.
- Launch the first structured demand generation campaign, fully tracked from click to pipeline.
What you bring
- 7+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years leading demand generation against pipeline targets.
- Numbers you can show: MQLs and pipeline you generated, and what it cost.
- Strong leadership: you have led teams and agencies, set clear goals, and held people accountable for results.
- Hands‑on AI skills: you use AI tools every day for content, research, automation and analytics, and you can show the results.
- Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, paid search, LinkedIn and paid social, email, web analytics and conversion optimization.
- Proven brand development: you have built or repositioned a brand, not only run campaigns for one.
- Experience managing a brand's presence in several Latin American countries.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS or IT services in Latin America.
- Strong HubSpot skills, or deep experience with a similar marketing automation platform.
- Experience managing a significant monthly paid media budget across several products or brands.
- Fluent English and Spanish (C1 or higher). Portuguese is a plus.
- An entrepreneur's mindset: you have built something from zero — a team, a function or a company.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to IT service management, AI or enterprise software buyers.
- Account-based marketing experience.
- Experience marketing healthcare or premium consumer services in the US.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary in USD.
- Variable pay tied to MQLs and pipeline.
