Darwin AI is looking for a Marketing Analyst based in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will analyze marketing performance and uncover trends that drive strategic decisions.

You will create dashboards, optimize campaigns, and work with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Sales. The position offers a hybrid working model with 25 days of paid time off per year.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or data analysis role.
• Proficient in reporting tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

In this role, you'll analyze marketing performance, uncover trends, and provide recommendations that shape our strategies. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to optimize campaigns, refine targeting, and support go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing data to track performance and identify opportunities.
• Measure and optimize campaigns across digital channels.
• Create dashboards and reports to share insights with the team.
• Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or data analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
