Reporting Manager Title: Chief Compliance Officer

The Group Compliance team is responsible for conducting investigations related to workplace issues. We seek to add a dedicated resource to handle complex investigations involving EEO laws, civil and human rights, and policy violations such as discrimination, harassment, workplace bullying, and retaliation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or assist with employee and industrial relations investigations across our global locations, reporting findings and conclusions.
  • Ensure investigations are thorough, fair, timely, and include root cause analysis and remedial recommendations.
  • Assist the Director of Investigations as needed.
  • Seek guidance from senior management and provide guidance to staff.
  • Maintain accurate case records in the case management system.

Analysis and Monitoring:

Monitor investigation trends to identify systemic issues and propose solutions.

Compliance Support:

Assist with employee and industrial relations policies, risk assessments, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree in law, human resources, or related field.
  • Specialist training in investigations, including interviewing techniques, preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of forensic and eDiscovery tools advantageous.
  • Extensive knowledge of EEO, civil rights, harassment, bullying, and workplace investigations.
  • Experience leading complex investigations and interviewing techniques.
  • Understanding of Modern Slavery compliance.
  • Excellent report writing skills, ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • High integrity, proactive, detail-oriented, empathetic, and professional.
