What To Expect

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Columbia, MO plant, you will be a maintenance technician. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the installation and maintenance of our industrial equipment
  • Performing regular preventative maintenance on current machines
  • Troubleshooting equipment breakdowns
  • Installing new equipment
About The Job
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Conducting routine preventative maintenance and safety checks
  • Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns
  • Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyor systems, and other production-related equipment
  • Fabricating parts for repair and machine upgrades
  • Installing new equipment
  • Communicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work area
  • Preparing and submitting maintenance reports
  • Other duties as assigned
About You
  • Two-year technical degree (mechatronics curriculum preferred) or equivalent experience required
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing or installing industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems required
  • Ability to use programmable logic controller systems (primarily Allen Bradley) such as RSLogix
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints
  • Experience with electrical and hydraulic test equipment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Must have reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance, with flexibility for shifts, overtime, and weekends
  • Compliance with all safety and environmental policies and procedures
