Cuesta Partners is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer in Latin America to work with our broad base of clients on engagements, delivering AI-driven solutions and mentoring others.

You will design, develop, and deploy ML models for predictive analytics, classification, and clustering; build end-to-end pipelines from data preprocessing to deployment; collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and MLOps to ensure scalable, production-ready solutions and ongoing monitoring.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a ML Engineer.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying ML models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and ML techniques.
• Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for predictive analytics, classification, and clustering.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data preprocessing to deployment and retraining.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and MLOps teams for scalable infrastructure.
• Integrate ML models into production environments and monitor/retrain for accuracy.
• Implement cloud-based solutions to support scalable ML workflows.
• Stay up to date on emerging ML/AI technologies and recommend new tools and techniques.
• Document processes and develop technical materials for model transparency and reproducibility.
