Lean Solutions Group in Bucaramanga is seeking a logistics support associate to assist with various operational activities across client accounts, focusing on back-office tasks and calls to monitor the status of logistics processes.

You will report on load status, gather necessary documentation for air, sea or land movements, and help keep invoices and records up to date while meeting client and supervisor expectations.

Formación

• At least 6 months of experience in logistics.
• Availability to work on site in Bucaramanga.

Responsabilidades

• Report on the status of the loads and any other news that arises during the movement of the goods.
• Obtain the necessary documentation to complete the assigned logistics activities, whether in the air, maritime or land fields.
• Update invoices and documentation in the assigned systems.
• Meet the goals and expectations set by the client and/or immediate Supervisor.
• Follow the responsibilities assigned by the company and your employer in terms of policies, regulations, quality, health, and safety.

Provide support in the development of the different operational activities in the accounts/ companies of the organization's clients regarding any process in its logistics chain. This support could be through back office activities and logistics related calls to monitor the status of the logistics process.

Responsabilities:

Functions are the following, however, they are not limited to:
