Citi in Bogotá seeks an experienced Regulatory Reporting professional to join the Controllers Organization. You will support preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory filings to U.S.
regulators and local authorities, collaborating with Risk, Finance and Audit to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Ideal candidates have 6–10+ years in financial services regulatory reporting, with Basel III/GAAP exposure and strong communication skills, and a CPA or MBA is preferred.
The Regulatory Reporting role is an intermediate level position within the Controllers Organization that will report up through the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting. The individual will support the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reports to various constituencies (local regulators, U.S. Federal Reserve, OCC, etc.) based on applicable requirements such as U.S. Regulatory and local regulatory reporting rules and instructions. The position will have a high level of visibility within the organization with opportunities to work directly with other Finance and non-Finance functions throughout Citi, including the Businesses, Risk, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, as well as Enterprise Technology, & Operations.
Additionally, the role must act as a strategic financial advisor to the FCO, providing comprehensive financial analysis, business performance monitoring, and economic assessments that support capital optimization, profitability, and efficient balance sheet utilization. The position also actively contributes to the digital transformation of regulatory and financial reporting, as well as to the continuous enhancement of analytics for decision-making.
