What youll do

• Assist with the installation, setup, and operation of lighting and technical equipment for live or continuous production and studio environments ensuring consistency, reliability, and visual quality.
• Monitor and maintain all lighting systems and related technical gear: perform regular checks, troubleshoot issues, and elevate complex problems when needed to avoid disruption.
• Support integration with other technical teams (audio, video, broadcast, etc.) to deliver seamless production workflows collaborating closely to meet standards across departments.
• Keep accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance records, and configuration changes helping maintain safety compliance and technical reliability.

What were looking for

• Fluent proficiency in English strong written and spoken communication for clear coordination with international teams.
• Previous experience in studio production, live events, broadcasting, or a similar technical environment comfortable working under pressure and adapting to the fast pace of live operations.
• Ability to read technical plans or instructions, follow safety standards and operational best practices, and work collaboratively with other technicians and departments.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including nights or weekends, as required by production schedules.
