Iron Mountain is seeking a results-driven RM Process Lead to join our Operations team at the Sabaneta and Girardota facilities. You will own operational excellence and team engagement, driving continuous improvement in local workflows to deliver precise service to our customers.

The ideal candidate has a technical or technological degree in Business Administration (or 1 year of equivalent experience within Iron Mountain), plus at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, with proven

• Minimum 1 year experience in supervisory, leadership, or analysis roles (can be equivalent to internal ops experience).
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure full compliance with service level agreements and process timelines for assigned operations.
• Lead, support, and manage the assigned operational staff to maintain productivity and team wellbeing.
• Validate operational data, manage system incident reports, and perform accurate remittance closeouts.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and generate daily KPIs for management review.
• Oversee proper use, care, and maintenance of all uniforms, tools and equipment.

Aquí, tu experiencia operativa elevará directamente el rendimiento de nuestro equipo y protegerá los activos que se nos han confiado.

En este puesto, tú:

• Garantizarás el cumplimiento total de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio y los cronogramas de procesos en las operaciones asignadas.
• Liderarás, apoyarás y gestionarás al personal operativo asignado para mantener la productividad y el bienestar del equipo.
• Validarás datos operativos, gestionarás informes de novedades del sistema y realizarás cierres precisos de remesas de recibo.
• Monitorearás las métricas de desempeño operativo y generarás los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) diarios requeridos para su revisión por parte de la gerencia.
• Supervisarás el uso, cuidado y mantenimiento adecuados de todos los uniformes, herramientas y equipos operativos asignados.

El candidato ideal contará con:

• Título técnico o tecnológico en Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado (o 1 año de experiencia equivalente dentro de Iron Mountain).
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en roles de supervisión, liderazgo o análisis (homologable con 1 año de experiencia operativa interna) .
• Dominio comprobado de Microsoft Excel.
• Capacidad de liderazgo demostrada y sólidas habilidades en gestión de equipos, seguimiento de procesos y elaboración de informes operativos.
