EPAM Systems, Inc. in Colombia is seeking an experienced Lead Test Automation Engineer to spearhead mobile application testing for Android and iOS. You will define test strategies, enhance automation frameworks, and lead a team to deliver high-quality solutions within an Agile environment.

You will mentor engineers, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with clients on testing deliverables, ensuring scalable, reliable test coverage and reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in mobile test automation.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Strong Java skills and automation framework development experience.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
• Experience with Katalon, Appium, and related reporting tools.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Define test strategy and communicate it to the automation team.
• Configure and set up automation for initiatives.
• Enhance the existing KD/DD/HD frameworks and propose solutions.
• Add detailed test cases and execute them for coverage.
• Generate reports and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor, train, and support team members.
• Run automation code within CI/CD to feed DevOps workflows.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Test Automation Engineer to spearhead mobile application testing initiatives for Android and iOS platforms. In this role, you will define test strategies, enhance automation frameworks, and lead a team of automation engineers to deliver high-quality solutions within a fast-paced Agile environment.
