EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Automation Tester to drive automation strategy and quality execution across a complex game development lifecycle. You will lead a small specialist team, partner with engineers, and expand automated test coverage.

Responsibilities include defining test strategies, overseeing regression cycles, and mentoring the QA team. Strong C++ and Appium/Selenium skills are required, with English at least B2. Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• 3+ years of automated testing and/or scripting.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in test planning and QA mentorship.
• Proficiency in C++ and hands-on in Appium, Selenium, and JUnit.
• Nice to have CI/CD experience with TeamCity, Jenkins, or Horde.
• Unreal Engine experience and game testing across lifecycle phases.

Responsabilidades

• Define test strategies and plans across the development lifecycle.
• Lead automation strategy and prioritize technical test objectives.
• Maintain and expand automated test suites and frameworks.
• Oversee regression cycles and targeted manual playthroughs when needed.
• Investigate complex issues with engineers to speed up resolution.
• Manage defect lifecycle and drive high-priority fixes.
• Coach and mentor a small QA team on tools and best practices.
• Communicate test findings and risks clearly to stakeholders.
