Job summary

La People Csc S.A.S. seeks a Senior Statistical Programmer to ensure accuracy and integrity of statistical programming across clinical projects.

Expert in R and SAS with CDISC ADaM/SDTM familiarity, you will develop and validate complex datasets, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior programmers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong programming skills, English proficiency, and LATAM language fluency (Spanish or Portuguese).

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
2+ years working with efficacy analysis (Adam datasets & TLFs) and/or 4+ years on ADAM statistical programming on clinical trials.
Hands-on proficiency in R programming language (mandatory).
Proficiency in SAS programming language.
Advanced English (both written and spoken - tested during the interview process).
Native language is required - LATAM: Spanish or Portuguese.
Ability to lead/manage others.

Responsibilities

Develops and validates complex datasets and outputs using SAS programming, ensuring CDISC ADaM/SDTM compliance.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize statistical programming processes and accuracy.
Provides technical guidance on statistical methodologies and programming best practices.
Mentors junior programmers and contributes to continuous improvement of workflows.
Ensures high-quality deliverables by adhering to best practices and standards.
Leads initiatives to enhance programming tools and techniques.
