EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Security Engineer to bridge legal/compliance obligations with hands-on engineering. You will convert HIPAA and NIST requirements into Azure DevOps backlog items, manage audit evidence, and coordinate with ISRM, Privacy, Legal, and cloud platform teams across AWS GovCloud and Azure Gov.

• Minimum 5 years in security/privacy compliance, GRC, or compliance engineering.
• Experience leading and managing teams (1+ year).
• Strong familiarity with HIPAA Security & Privacy Rules and NIST 800-53 controls.

Responsabilidades

• Translate regulatory language into actionable backlog items with clear criteria and ownership.
• Monitor delivery progress and maintain backlog across compliance initiatives.
• Develop and run test cases to verify controls operate as intended.
