EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead DevOps Cloud Engineer to design and implement Azure-based delivery pipelines, automate resource deployment with ARM templates, and drive operational excellence. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, improve security, and collaborate with global partners to deliver scalable, resilient cloud solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of DevOps and cloud engineering experience with Microsoft Azure.
• 5+ years of Azure DevOps experience with automated deployments using Azure Pipelines and Azure Repos.
• Strong leadership to guide a multidisciplinary DevOps team across development and operations.
• Proven ability to balance reliability, security, and cost with project ownership.
• Advanced IaC skills using ARM templates and ongoing IaC maintenance.
• Solid Azure networking knowledge (IP subnetting, routing, DNS, load balancing, NSGs, Firewall, ExpressRoute).
• Scripting and automation skills with PowerShell and YAML.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and security monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design Azure-based delivery pipelines to improve reliability and speed.
• Build and deploy cloud resources using ARM templates and IaC.
• Develop and maintain automation with Azure DevOps, Pipelines, and Repos.
• Operate and monitor services with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Lead incident response practices using SRE principles to increase resilience.
• Ensure security controls and onboarding practices for teams using the environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, onboard, and share best practices.
• Create and maintain clear runbooks and product documentation.
• Drive cost optimization and security improvements across delivery.
