EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Security Cloud Engineer - GCP to design and run secure Google Cloud Platform services that align security with business outcomes.

You will deliver professional services, guide secure cloud strategies, and enable compliant deployments across teams. The role requires 5+ years of cloud security experience, strong SIEM skills (Google SecOps, Wiz), and expertise in IAM, WIF, Terraform, and GKE security.

• 5+ years of experience implementing secure policies and services on Google Cloud.
• Expertise in threat analysis and mitigation using SIEM tools such as Google SecOps and Wiz.
• Experience partnering with CISOs and Security Engineers on governance requirements.
• Knowledge of IAM, resource hierarchies, boundary protection and Workload Identity Federation.
• Hands-on with Terraform for secure deployments and GKE security best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and run secure Google Cloud Platform services aligned with business outcomes.
• Define security strategy with the CISO and Security Engineers to satisfy governance requirements.
• Enforce regulatory controls and support compliance with SOC or SecOps teams.
• Configure IAM, boundary protection, and Workload Identity Federation perimeters.
• Deploy network security defenses and data protection measures; leverage observability tools.
