Job summary

EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks a Lead SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant to drive end-to-end delivery across a global S/4HANA landscape. You will lead functional design, configuration, and rollout while partnering with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams across O2C, Credit Risk, and Credit Scoring.

You will own the Credit Management solution design, facilitate workshops, and ensure integration with SAP SD, FI, and Business Partner systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM experience.
• Strong knowledge of integration between Credit Management, SAP SD and FI, and Business Partner.
• Experience designing and configuring credit checks, limits, exposure, and block/release processes.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and global template rollouts.
• Ability to lead functional workshops independently with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for cross-functional SAP issues.
• Experience producing functional specs and collaborating with ABAP, integration, and architecture teams.
• End-to-end delivery across Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive functional design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM Credit Management.
• Own Credit Management solution design aligned to O2C architecture and processes.
• Facilitate workshops to capture credit policies, risk requirements, and market needs.
• Translate business requirements into SAP designs, configurations, and tasks.
• Configure and enhance Credit Management features (segments, profiles, limits, exposure, risk classes, scoring, checks, release processes).
• Define and validate integration between Credit Management and SD, FI, Business Partner, and other systems.
• Assess current processes and recommend standard S/4HANA features, minimize customization.
• Prepare functional specs for enhancements and interfaces with ABAP teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate cross-team resolution of defects and integration issues.
• Contribute to global template and localization needs for market rollouts.
• Provide leadership to other SAP consultants and market teams.

We are looking for a Lead SAP S/4HANA Credit Management Consultant to drive end-to-end Credit Management delivery across a global S/4HANA landscape. Responsibilities

• Drive the functional design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM Credit Management
• Own the Credit Management solution design and align it to the broader Order-to-Cash (O2C) architecture and business processes
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture credit policies, risk-management requirements, and market-specific needs
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional designs, configuration activities, and implementation tasks
• Configure and enhance Credit Management features including credit segments, credit profiles, credit limits, exposure, credit-risk classes, scoring, automatic credit checks, credit-block management, release processes, and Business Partner integration
• Define and validate integration between Credit Management and Sales & Distribution, Finance, Business Partner, and related SAP/non-SAP systems
• Assess current processes and recommend standard S/4HANA capabilities while limiting unnecessary customization
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and developments in close collaboration with ABAP and integration teams
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Coordinate cross-team resolution of complex functional defects and integration issues
• Contribute to the global template and manage localization needs for subsequent market rollouts
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to other SAP consultants and market teams

Requirements

• Proven 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Credit Management / FSCM Credit Management and Order-to-Cash business processes
• Solid knowledge of integration points across Credit Management, SAP SD and FI, and Business Partner
• Deep expertise in designing and configuring credit checks, credit limits, credit exposure, and credit-block/release processes
• Demonstrated experience with S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and global template rollouts
• Proven ability to lead functional workshops independently and engage senior business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a track record of resolving complex cross-functional SAP issues
• Hands‑on experience producing functional specifications and collaborating with ABAP, integration, and architecture teams
• End-to-end delivery experience across Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare
• Strong English communication and stakeholder‑management skills

Nice to have

• Experience leading multi-country/global SAP rollouts
• Background in retail or large international enterprise environments
• Experience with complex integrations between S/4HANA Credit Management and external credit, finance, or risk-management solutions
• Experience establishing reusable global templates while managing market-specific requirements
• Previous experience acting as a Lead Consultant, Functional Lead, or Credit Management SME
