Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a Manager Social to join the Global Operations Centre. You will build strong relationships with regional teams across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, driving best practices and high-quality output for paid social campaigns.

You will lead 2–5 direct reports, provide constructive feedback, and escalate issues when needed. The role requires a global mindset and solid leadership experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced English level (B2–C2).
• 3+ years' experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia).
• Enforce paid Social best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery.
• Serve as point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
• Line manage 2-5 direct reports.
• Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development.
