EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer in Colombia, focusing on front-end with TypeScript/React + Next.js and strong back-end work in Python or Go. This individual contributor role emphasizes building high-quality software for a high-profile project in collaboration with customer teams.

The position requires AI awareness, cloud-based services, GraphQL expertise, and a dedication to code quality, testing, and CI/CD. English level at least B2 is expected for cross-border teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Expertise in front-end development with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Back-end experience with Python or Go.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions and identifying AI use cases.
• Background in scalable cloud-based web services and microservices (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Focus on code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with customers.
• English level B2 or higher.
