EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to design and deliver production-grade web systems across frontend and backend services. You will lead cross-team technical direction, uphold quality standards, and ship accessible, high-performance experiences.

Responsibilities include architectural leadership, building full-stack features with TypeScript/React, and developing backend services with Kotlin/Java or TypeScript.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience shipping production systems as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern React including state management and performance optimization.
• Robust JVM backend experience with Kotlin or Java, or TypeScript for shared libraries.
• Hands-on gRPC and protobuf with HTTP/REST APIs.
• Data modeling in DynamoDB and PostgreSQL for product features.
• Strong AWS, containers, and CI/CD in production environments.
• Proven testing discipline across unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
• Cross-team ownership and design leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with product and engineering partners.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead architecture and design decisions across frontend and backend systems.
• Build and ship full-stack features using TypeScript and React with strong state management and performance practices.
• Develop backend services and shared libraries using Kotlin/Java or TypeScript.
• Design and integrate APIs using gRPC/protobuf and HTTP/REST.
• Model data storage in DynamoDB and PostgreSQL to support product features.
• Ensure reliability and performance via caching, queues and eventual consistency decisions.
• Operate within AWS, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Enforce high-quality standards through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Guide accessible UI patterns and browser performance improvements.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery and unblock risks; review code and provide feedback.
