Newfire Global Partners is seeking a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer (Node.js + React) in Colombia. The role focuses on building scalable web apps, integrating WordPress, Contentful, and Zuora, and enabling bi-directional data sharing with gym partners.

The project includes advanced back-end work for payments, feature flags with LaunchDarkly, and WordPress content delivery while migrating toward Contentful.

Formación

• 5+ years in full-stack development with TypeScript/React and Node.js.
• 7+ years for Lead, with prior technical leadership experience.
• Experience designing scalable backend services and modern web apps.
• Strong REST API, integrations, and data-flow design.
• Experience with WordPress integrations and headless CMSs like Contentful.
• Familiarity with LaunchDarkly, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Proficient English communication in a distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain full-stack apps using TypeScript/React and Node.js.
• Develop integrations with WordPress, Contentful, Zuora, and internal systems.
• Design APIs, backend services, and data flows (DynamoDB/RDS).
• Manage feature flags in LaunchDarkly for progressive delivery.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools while ensuring quality and security.
• Contribute to automated testing, reviews, CI/CD, and docs.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps for healthcare solutions.
• Lead design and delivery across workstreams; mentor engineers.
