EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead DevOps Engineer to architect and operate a multi-cloud Kubernetes environment spanning AWS and Azure.

You will implement GitOps with ArgoCD, build IaC with Terraform, and ensure scalable, secure platform operations across dev, uat, and prod. You will lead clusters, monitor health with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and coordinate with dev teams to optimize deployments and costs, while enforcing security, RBAC, and incident response practices.

Formación

• 5+ years in a similar engineering role.
• Leadership: at least 1 year directing teams.
• Strong Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and Argo Rollouts.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Helm, and Helmfile.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Security: RBAC, Secrets management, network policies.
• English fluency at B2+.
• AWS and Azure cloud experience preferred.

• Establish GitOps-driven workflows with ArgoCD for automated deployments and config management.

• Monitor cluster health with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch; design alerting and incident response.
• Oversee Argo Workflows, Argo Rollouts, cert-manager, cluster autoscaler, and CSI drivers.
• Enforce security best practices including network policies, secrets management, and RBAC.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployments and resource use; produce runbooks and docs.

We're in need of a seasoned Cloud Kubernetes Engineer capable of architecting, rolling out, and sustaining our multi-cloud Kubernetes environment spanning both AWS and Azure platforms.
