EPAM Systems Inc in Colombia is seeking a Lead Data Software Engineer (Java+AWS) to drive design and delivery of data solutions. You will lead technical initiatives, architect data pipelines, and mentor engineers across cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in data software engineering, strong Java and SQL, AWS and Databricks, and English at B2 level. You will optimize cloud data processing, collaborate with international stakeholders, and help build scalable platforms at EPAM.
