EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks a Lead Data Software Engineer (Python+Azure) to drive design and development of scalable data solutions in a cloud environment.

You will lead data solution design, build pipelines with Python/SQL, and architect Databricks workflows on Microsoft Azure while guiding engineers and ensuring code quality.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure.
• Skills in Databricks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

We are seeking a Lead Data Software Engineer (Python+Azure) to drive the design and development of scalable data solutions. This role combines technical leadership with hands‑on engineering to deliver robust data platforms in a cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data solutions on cloud infrastructure
