EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Integration Engineer to lead analytics engineering and data modeling. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver governed, self-service data products in Snowflake and dbt, building scalable datasets for decision-making and AI-enabled workflows.

You will design dimensional models, implement robust governance, and guide sprint work to ensure reliable, scalable data assets for analysts and product teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering.
• Experience building BI analytics and dimensional schemas.
• Leadership to define modeling standards and review guidance.
• Strong SQL with advanced features and performance tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytics engineering for integrated account datasets across sources.
• Design dimensional models and semantic definitions for metrics.
• Build dbt models in Snowflake to transform inputs into consistent dimensions and facts.
• Establish naming conventions and shared metric logic to avoid conflicts.
• Create datasets for AI agent workflows and search use cases.
• Develop feature tables and context stores for automated research.
• Implement dbt tests, schema validations, and freshness monitoring.
• Define RBAC and auditability governance for sensitive data pipelines.
• Coordinate documentation, lineage, and ownership with governance partners.
• Deliver self-service models and clear docs for analysts and product teams.
• Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and technical standards.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for modeling, testing, and documentation.

We are seeking a Lead Data Integration Engineer to lead analytics engineering and data modeling that turns raw interaction and telemetry data into trusted, consistent account datasets for decision-making and AI-enabled workflows.
