EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cloud Engineer with deep AWS cost optimization experience to drive cost efficiency across large-scale environments. You will lead efforts to identify optimization opportunities, develop dashboards, and partner with engineering teams to implement savings plans.

The role requires strong data analysis, excellent communication, and a passion for turning raw cloud data into actionable insights. Remote-friendly with global teams and a focus on governance and ROI.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, cost reporting and large-scale optimization.
• Leadership or team management experience.
• Experience with AWS EKS and containerization tools.
• Proficiency with cost dashboards, reports, and automated cost tools.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to identify cloud cost optimization opportunities.
• Guide architects on resource optimization and KPI shaping to reduce waste.
• Track costs, alerts, and savings plans; monitor for spikes and anomalies.

We are looking for a knowledgeable Lead Cloud Engineer with strong AWS expertise to join our team.As an AWS Cloud Cost Optimization Engineer, you will enhance transparency around cloud expenditures by building a metrics-driven strategy for alerting, reporting, and refining cloud costs.
