EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design and scale cutting-edge AI applications powered by large language models. You will partner with clients to deliver tailored LLM-driven solutions and architect agentic systems across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include building end-to-end AI apps, optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring robust, secure deployments. You will stay current with MCP, A2A, ACP protocols and integrate with LangChain, LangGraph, and semantic memory

Formación

• Proven experience building AI apps with production deployment life cycle.
• Strong Python and modern web frameworks experience.
• Experience with LLM platforms and enterprise integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and scale end-to-end AI applications and LLM-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor AI strategies and value.
• Architect data pipelines, prompts, and datasets for robust models.
• Monitor AI system performance and ensure security and compliance.
