Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Advent Geneva Developer to drive development and configuration across RSL/RDL reporting, ensuring robust FP&A solutions for investment and asset management workflows. You will lead the technical delivery, mentor teammates, and coordinate data integrations to maintain data quality across the trade lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Advent Geneva hands-on experience, strong SQL skills, and solid domain knowledge in investment and asset management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Advent Geneva experience including RSL/RDL development, configuration, customization and support.
• Proven leadership experience guiding technical delivery and leading teammates.
• Strong investment management and asset management domain knowledge.
• Solid Advent Geneva reporting and configuration skills across end-to-end support needs.
• Good SQL and scripting skills for data analysis and automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to financial data.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advent Geneva development across RSL/RDL reporting, configuration, customization and production support.
• Design robust solutions aligning FP&A needs with investment/asset management workflows.
• Implement and maintain Geneva configurations for accurate accounting and portfolio outputs.
• Build and optimize SQL queries and scripts for reporting, reconciliation and data checks.
• Coordinate integrations with upstream and downstream systems to ensure reliable data flows.
• Troubleshoot issues across the trade lifecycle and resolve defects to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate to technical deliverables.
• Document configurations, report logic, and support procedures to improve maintainability.
