Holcim Americas Digital Center (ADC) is seeking a SAP HCM Specialist with a strong functional profile focusing on Time Management (PT) to ensure stability and evolution of the SAP HCM platform across LATAM. You will safeguard time and payroll processes and lead key regulatory projects.

Responsibilities include configuring PT schemas, PCRs, and work schedules, providing L2/L3 support for PA/OM/PY, and coordinating ABAP specs while coordinating with SuccessFactors integrations.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or SAP HCM Specialist.
• Strong configuration expertise in Time Management (SAP PT) with schemas, PCRs and work schedule rules.
• Solid understanding of PA, OM and Payroll (PY) concepts.
• Experience drafting functional specifications for ABAP developers and gathering business requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain SAP PT time management components for LATAM countries.
• Ensure timely, error-free time closings to enable payroll execution regionally.
• Provide L2/L3 functional support across PA, OM, PY modules.
• Lead regulatory update projects and adapt SAP HCM configurations accordingly.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and support integrations with SuccessFactors and access-control systems.
