A global digital consultancy in Colombia is seeking a Product Owner to define product vision and strategy, manage the product roadmap, and enhance user experience. The candidate should have over 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong Agile/Scrum skills, and fluent English. This position offers competitive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate progress, updates, and risks clearly to stakeholders.

Overview

We currently have a career opportunity for a Product Owner to join our team located in LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, outlining priorities and key milestones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, gathering and analyzing business and customer requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to define, prioritize, and refine product features.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, organized, and aligned with business objectives.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria to clarify requirements for development teams.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering user feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-friendly and effective product design.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure the timely delivery of product features.
• Communicate product progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and transparent manner.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing backlogs, and defining user stories.
• Ability to prioritize features and balance business needs with user requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and development teams effectively.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Fluent in English, with experience working in international teams.
