Cordis seeks a Manager, Sales Distribution to drive commercial growth across LATAM by managing distributor relationships and executing regional strategies.

You will partner with distributors, hospitals, and clinical stakeholders to support product adoption, training, and market development while coordinating with marketing, regulatory, logistics, and finance teams. Travel up to 50% across Latin America is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or distributor management.
• Experience working with distributors, partners, or channel-based sales models.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% across Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day distributor relationships across LATAM.
• Support execution of regional commercial strategies with distributors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide product training to distributor teams to ensure consistent knowledge and messaging.
• Assist distributors with clinical demonstrations, product evaluations, and education initiatives with hospitals and healthcare providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve distributor effectiveness and execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to distributor leadership with market insights and guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and clinical staff.
• Gather market intelligence including competitive activity and trends.
• Coordinate with marketing, regulatory, logistics, and finance teams for regional activities.
• Represent Cordis at distributor meetings, training sessions, and regional events.
• Escalate risks and recommendations to regional leadership.
