Johnson & Johnson LATAM seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead strategic financial transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, HR and Project Management. You will provide governance, planning, budget management and performance monitoring for complex cross-functional programs.

The role requires advanced English and intermediate Spanish, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and a track record in FP&A within multinational environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Project Finance, or related finance disciplines.
• Experience supporting complex transformation programs, large-scale projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and funding requirements aligned with project plans.
• Monitor monthly expenditures including OPEX and CAPEX against budget and forecast.
• Track resources such as headcount and contractors ensuring alignment with financial commitments.
• Support business case development, financial modeling, and investment analysis (ROI, payback, savings).
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and escalate issues.
• Prepare executive-level financial reporting and insights for leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and governance.
