SCOR LatAm is seeking a Construction Underwriter to lead the Cedent Facultative book across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will develop portfolios, evaluate offers, and negotiate terms with clients and brokers to support profitable growth within SCOR's global Facultative strategy.

You will work in a collaborative, agile team, build market relationships, and contribute to cross-LOB initiatives. A degree in engineering, risk management, or insurance and at least 3 years of facultative

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of facultative construction underwriting experience in Latam/Caribbean.
• Strong expertise in construction lines, including engineering and builder’s risk programs.
• Proficiency in experience-based and exposure-based rating methodologies.
• Broad understanding of end-to-end underwriting processes and related considerations.
• Established relationships with brokers and cedant partners.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and manage portfolios of accounts through strong market relationships.
• Evaluate offers, analyze exposure, and negotiate optimal facultative terms for SCOR.
• Support submission pipeline development and proactive marketing.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims and pricing across regions.
