IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in accordance with SOPs and ICH GCP.

You will oversee the monitoring team, manage resources, monitor site metrics, contribute to analytics strategies, and support study management plans, while mentoring junior staff across global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and mentor staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost.
• Monitor study metrics, risk assessments and action plans; ensure documentation readiness.
• Develop analytics strategies and support monitoring strategy across studies.
• Mentor junior staff and promote continuous process improvements.
