Ecolab is seeking an Enterprise Excellence Leader based in Buenos Aires, Bogotá, or Lima to drive regional transformation across Latin America South, Central & Caribbean. You will lead Lean initiatives, shape strategy, and partner with senior leaders to accelerate growth and improve productivity.

The role focuses on governance, KPIs, digital enablement, and capability building, with high visibility across multiple countries and a chance to transform operations at scale.

Formación

• +4 years in transformation, consulting, or operational excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt preferred.
• Experience with DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM, RCA, and 5S.
• Experience with governance, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Advanced English and strong communication skills.
• Change management and capability building experience.

About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to drive Enterprise Excellence across Latin America South, Central & Caribbean (LASC). In this role, you will lead business transformation initiatives, accelerate growth, and improve operational efficiency through Lean methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the region.
