Job summary

Westwoods BBQ & Spice in Tolima, Colombia is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen cleanliness and food storage in Dining Room, Bistro and related areas. You will perform dishwashing, pot washing, equipment cleaning, and ensure proper rotation of supplies following sanitary procedures.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience in fine or casual dining, and strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Dish washing, pot washing, and general equipment cleaning.
• Storage and rotation of food and supplies in accordance with sanitary procedures.
• Janitorial duties in Dining Room, Bistro and related Dining Activity areas.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage and preparation.
