Dapta, a fast-growing AI startup, is seeking a Junior Video Editor to join our Marketing team and craft high-quality content that drives engagement across social platforms. You'll edit short- and long-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads, using AI-powered workflows to accelerate creativity while maintaining Dapta’s brand standards and storytelling excellence.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, comfortable in a startup setting, and eager to learn new tools and techniques

Formación

• Proficient in English (B2+) written and spoken.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut).
• Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway) or interest in AI workflows.
• Able to adapt to feedback and fast iteration cycles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

Responsabilidades

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create high-performing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads.
• Record and edit videos (from concept to final delivery).
• Turn ideas into engaging visual assets quickly and efficiently.
• Use AI tools to increase speed, creativity, and production quality.
• Optimize content based on feedback and performance data.
• Maintain strong visual consistency aligned with Dapta’s brand guidelines.

Must-Have Requirements

• English proficiency (B2+ or higher) – written and spoken.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway, etc.) or strong interest in using AI in creative workflows.
