Dapta is seeking a Software Engineer to join a fast-growing AI automation platform. You’ll lead architecture, scale high-traffic SaaS services, and stay hands-on with Node.js while shaping product direction.

You’ll collaborate with product and design, build AI-powered experiences, and ship for thousands of users. A CS degree and 2+ years in Node.js and software engineering are expected, with experience in AWS, PostgreSQL, and scalable systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 2+ years of NodeJS production experience.
• 2+ years in software engineering, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven products.
• Experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, and distributed systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Dapta’s engineering team through architecture, development, and deployment.
• Design systems that scale — thousands of concurrent users and millions of requests per minute.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Dapta’s engineering team through architecture, development, and deployment.
• Design systems that scale — we’re talking thousands of concurrent users and millions of requests per minute.
• Stay hands‑on with NodeJS — writing, reviewing, and obsessing over code.
• Work side‑by‑side with product and design to create fast, intuitive, AI-driven user experiences.
• Build proof‑of‑concepts, hack together experiments, and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Constantly stay ahead of AI trends, tools, and techniques
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
• 2+ years of NodeJS experience — scaling production‑grade applications is a must.
• 2+ years in software engineering, ideally within SaaS or AI‑driven products.
• Solid knowledge of AWS, PostgreSQL databases, and distributed systems.
• A deep love for clean architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• A proactive, curious mindset — you’re the kind of person that just has to test every new AI tool.
• Great communication skills — because scaling is also about scaling people.
