Formación

• 1+ year of experience with Scrum Master role.
• Good understanding of basic algorithms and data structures.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and learn new technologies quickly.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices.
• Work with the development team to identify and address workflow impediments.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner for product backlog and sprint planning.
• Foster a team environment that encourages self-organization.
• Monitor and report on team performance.
• Assist in conflict resolution and build a productive team culture.

Conocimientos

Junior Scrum Master — What You Will Do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles.
