Formación

• 1+ year of finance experience in corporate development or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of valuation techniques for financial modeling.
• Familiarity with financial statement analysis.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in financial analysis and target company valuation.
• Support market research and industry analysis.
• Assist due diligence processes and documentation.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management.
