Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract to support the Americas region from Bogotá. The role collaborates with business partners and category teams to implement sourcing and contracting strategies while ensuring compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in procurement or finance, fluent English, and knowledge of S2C processes, with travel up to 5% and a global business mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Procurement, Finance, or related experience.
• Fluency in English required; Portuguese preferred for region(s).

Responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate within a team of Source-to-Contract analysts.
• Manage day-to-day S2C operations including sourcing events, price/terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management.
• Drive improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas.
• Support automation/AI initiatives; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements and test enhancements.
• Build relationships with business partners and peers to anticipate needs and align with category strategy.
• Coordinate with Category Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security to ensure sourcing/contract alignment with policy and regulatory needs.
• Support data requirements discipline: data needs, quality, lineage, integrations, and privacy controls.

The Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Service Delivery Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support of the Global Services, One Procurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives.

The role works directly with the business, category procurement teams, and the broader function.

Additionally, you contribute to and own the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate amongst a team of Source-to-Contract analysts
• Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiaton, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities, responsibility for delivering based upon the agreed SLAs and ensuring policy and legal compliance
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility
• Support development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility; act as product owner for S2C tools and AI features; gather requirements, prioritize, test, and roll out enhancements.
• Create Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and peers with a view to proactively understanding and constructively influence their needs and expectations
• Partner with Category Procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security, and other relevant functions to align sourcing and contracts with category strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory needs.
• Support digital requirements discipline: gather, document, and translate data needs, data quality, data lineage, integration points and privacy/security controls.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent University degree is required
• An MBA or further advanced degree is preferred

Experience and Skills Required

• 4-6 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills; recognized as a constructive team player representing Source-to-Contract within various teams.
• Adaptability and openness to change.
• Learning agility and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous process and technology improvement.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.
• Fluency in Portuguese language (written and oral) for the supported region(s) is preferred.
• Experience in the Shared Services industry.

Preferred

• Good understanding of Sourcing and Contracting processes and Source-to-settle operations.

Other

• Requires up to 5% of domestic and international travel

Work Location & Schedule

This position will be part of the Americas Service Delivery Procurement organization and will primarily support the Americas region.

• Shift: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Bogota time), including a 1-hour break
• Duration: 8 hours per day
