Capgemini in Charlotte, NC is seeking an AI & Metadata Engineer to design AI-enabled metadata extraction capabilities, automate lineage discovery, and generate structured metadata insights. This role focuses on applying AI/LLM technologies to analyze enterprise assets and produce actionable metadata.

You will work with data architects to build extraction and enrichment pipelines, implement validation, and help improve model performance.

About The Role

• The AI & Metadata Engineer will design and build AI-enabled metadata extraction capabilities to automate lineage discovery and evidence generation.
• This role will focus on leveraging AI/LLM technologies to analyze enterprise assets and generate structured metadata and lineage insights.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:61000 to 66302
