AgileEngine is seeking a Regional Accountant to manage financial operations across Latin America, with emphasis on Brazil and Colombia. You will oversee contractor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and payment processing, coordinating daily with IT, HR, and Delivery teams.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0–3 years in accounting, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Google Workspace. This role offers flextime and hybrid work options.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contractor onboarding and offboarding end to end.
• Collect and process invoices from contractors and vendors.
• Review and validate hours reported in the time-tracking system.
• Manage payment operations through payment platforms.
• Answer finance-related questions from contractors.
• Communicate with vendors on operational finance issues.
• Coordinate daily with other Finance teams on cross-functional questions.
• Track corporate and client-owned equipment, reconciling asset status.
• Monitor local finance and legal/regulatory changes in Brazil and Colombia.

• Organized, methodical approach to work.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and related tools).

• Experience in accounting or finance within the IT industry.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to streamline daily workflows.
• Working knowledge of local financial regulations in Brazil & Colombia.
