AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Regional Accountant to manage financial operations across Latin America, with a focus on Brazil and Colombia. You will own contractor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and payment processing while coordinating daily with IT, HR, and Delivery teams.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. This role offers flextime options with potential for remote work and international collaboration across Latin America.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or Accounting is required.
• 0-3 years of accounting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain clear, accurate financial records.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Organized, methodical approach to work.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and related tools).

Responsabilidades

• Manage contractor onboarding and offboarding end to end.
• Collect and process invoices from contractors and vendors.
• Review and validate hours reported in the time-tracking system.
• Manage payment operations through payment platforms.
• Answer finance-related questions from contractors.
• Communicate with vendors on operational finance issues.
• Coordinate daily with other Finance teams on cross-functional questions.
• Track corporate and client-owned equipment, reconciling asset status.
• Monitor local finance and legal/regulatory changes in Brazil and Colombia.
