Vintti in Medellín seeks a bilingual accountant to own day-to-day accounting for a U.S.-based client and to communicate directly with U.S. leadership in English. The role requires full-cycle accounting experience, month-end close, and on-site presence in Medellín.

The ideal candidate will have Advanced English (C1+) and experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite or SAP. You will interact with U.S. clients and teams and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Formación

• Advanced English (C1+) with daily communication with U.S. clients or teams.
• Full-cycle accounting experience including month-end close, reconciliations and journal entries.
• Based in Medellín and available on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day accounting operations for the U.S.-based client.
• Manage month-end close, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and report findings to U.S. leadership in English.

We're hiring for a U.S.-based financial advisory firm with operations in Medellín. They need a hands-on accountant to own the day-to-day accounting operations and communicate directly with U.S. leadership in English.

What You'll Do:

• full accounting cycle: month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements
• Review accounting records at a transactional level, verify entries are correctly recorded
• Report findings directly to U.S. leadership in English

Must Have:

• Advanced English (C1+), you communicate daily with U.S. clients or teams
• Full-cycle accounting experience, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries
• Based in Medellín, available on-site

Nice to Have:

• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP or similar ERPs
• Experience working for or with U.S.-based companies

Don't Need:

• U.S. tax knowledge
• Years of experience: we value technical depth and English fluency over seniority
