Job summary

MAG Aerospace in Colombia is seeking an experienced JTAC Instructor to serve as Program Manager for building and sustaining a cradle‑to‑grave JTAC program for the Colombian Military, including Special Forces. The PM will lead training execution, certifications, and long-term continuity to ensure a full operational JTAC capability.

The role requires JTAC-I qualification or two years as JTAC, fluency in Spanish, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• JTAC-I qualified or 2+ years as JTAC in armed forces.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
• Fluent in Spanish; strong instructional and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and sustainment of Colombia's JTAC program framework and standards.
• Manage trainee development from entry through currency and certification.
• Provide academic, simulator, and live-CAS instruction for JTAC personnel.
• Integrate JTAC capabilities into Colombian Special Forces training plans.
• Oversee trainee records and six‑part training folders.
• Coordinate program reporting with MAG Aerospace leadership and Colombian authorities.
