NIQ is seeking a data analytics-minded professional in Bogotá to extract, analyze, and interpret data using NIQ Discover and other tools. You will build clear insights, translate them into strategic recommendations, and present findings through compelling PowerPoint narratives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Up to 1 year of experience in FMCG, Retail, Tech & Durables, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic Excel; NIQ Discover is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a multicultural, virtual environment.

• Support storytelling through structured narratives and data visualizations.
• Assist in onboarding and training internal clients on tools and services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and internal strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in FMCG, Retail, Tech & Durables, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and basic Excel; experience with NIQ Discover is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a multicultural, virtual environment.
• Additional Capabilities
  • Basic understanding of the briefing process.
  • Ability to build category overview analyses.
  • Use Discover templates and Analytical Frameworks effectively.
  • Support Senior Analysts in addressing Business Issue Analysis (BIA).
  • Apply AI tools to proofread and paraphrase headings for clarity and consistency.
