NielsenIQ is seeking an Industry Insights Associate Manager to oversee analytics activities and develop a high-performance team of Customer Success associates in Bogotá. You will lead KPI-driven insights, guide strategic client plans, and ensure value delivery through data analytics and consulting.

The role focuses on building talent, aligning strategic plans with client objectives, and delivering impactful insights to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of working experience in Mass Consumption, consulting, or retail.
  • Experience with NielsenIQ information is preferred.
  • Experience in commercial or marketing roles and customer management.
  • Proficient with Office/Google tools and CRM systems.
  • Advanced English (written and oral).
  • 6+ years of working experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and develop younger analytical and consulting talent.
  • Develop and align strategic plans for key clients to ensure value and effective delivery of services.
  • Plan and deploy strategies to reach client satisfaction and KPIs.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of KPIs, defining success criteria and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Demonstrate value and ROI through quantifiable business opportunities.
  • Lead market and thought leadership presentations for C-Level clients and high-profile stakeholders.
  • Monitor service quality and adjust the Joint Business Plan to reflect client priorities.
  • Identify and communicate viable opportunities with Consulting Lead and Account Development team.
  • Facilitate onboarding for associates, coordinating training and daily management.
  • Engage and motivate direct reports, supporting learning and career paths.

As an Industry Insights Associate Manager, you will lead in the development of the analytical activities of theCustomer Success associates under your supervision, helping themunderstanding their business to analyze it, finding areas of strategic opportunity and insights to adviseclientsaccording to their needs and objectives, ensuring client satisfaction with effective and quality responses based on the solutions.   • Lead &developyoungeranalyticalandconsultingtalent.
  • Developandalignstrategicplansforthemostimportantclientstoguaranteethegenerationofvalueandtheeffectivedeliveryofservices.
  • Plan anddeploystrategiestogetyourdirectreportstoreachtheclientsatisfactionandcommercialleadKPIs.
  • ConductperiodicreviewsoftheKPIs,definingsuccesscriteriaandmonitoringmechanisms.
  • Demonstratevalueandreturnoninvestmentthroughensuringquantifiablebusinessopportunitygeneration.
  • Abletobuildand leadmarketandthoughtleadershippresentationsforC-Level andhigh-profilepeoplefromclients,abouttheFMCG andclient’sbusinesssituation.
  • Monitor andimprovethequalityoftheserviceoffered,adjustingtheJoint Business Plan asnecessarytoreflectchangesinclientpriorities.
  • IdentifyandcommunicateviableopportunitiesthroughinteractionwiththeConsultingLeadandAccountDevelopmentteam.
  • Facilitateassociatesonboarding process, ensuring coordination, adequatetrainingand communication, proactively managing the daily commitmentof teamsandhandlingproblemsor conflicts.
  • Engageandmotivatedirectreports,ensuringtheirlearningandcareerpath.

Qualifications

  • ExperienceinworkingwithNielsenIQinformationinthepast(ideally).
  • Experienceincommercialormarketing positions andwithcustomermanagement.
  • ManagementofOffice/Google and CRMtools(CustomerRelationshipManagement)orbusinessmonitoring
  • AdvancedEnglish (writtenand oralskills)
  • Atleast6yrsofworkingexperience
